Fees are one time charges, based on the size of the home. Each Guarantee period is for one season with a season defined as a Service Term up to 6 months. Additional fees apply for homes over 3 bathrooms or to extend the Guarantee period beyond 6 months. There are no discounts for Service Terms under 6 months.
Up to 3 bathrooms. Up to 6 months Home Watch Service Term Home Watch Guarantee Minimum Charge.
Add $8 per bathroom. Example: A Single Family 5 bathroom home would cost $24.00 plus $16.00 ($2 x $8) for a total of $40.00
The Home Watch Guarantee Period is equal to 6 months or the length of the Service Term between the Company and the Client whichever is less. The prices below are incurred when the Home Watch Company is looking to extend the Guarantee period beyond 6 months. Charges are per month over 6 months
