Guarantee Overview

Using the The Home Watch Guarantee™ is easy!  You register properties on a per-property basis.  There is an annual administrative fee of $117.  After that, you only pay for the Guarantee after registering a client.   Once you register the property, we send your client the terms and conditions and instructions on how to file claims, and that's it!
