How the Guarantee Works
The The Home Watch Guarantee™ is a tool you provide your clients to further demonstrate the value of your service and differentiate yourself from your competition all while reducing your risk. The Home Watch Guarantee provides for reimbursement of up to $1000.00 USD per incident for homeowner’s insurance deductibles or uncovered repair expenses incurred for an eligible claim made by the homeowner to their homeowner’s insurance company while you are actively watching their home. Participating Home Watch Companies are charged a fee depending on the size of the home and length of contract. Clients are sent the terms and conditions of the program with information on how to file claims directly with HWG Services, LLC the program administrator.
